These terms apply to your use of morais.id. By using the site, you accept them; if you don't accept them, please don't use it.
The site is run by RogerLe.com (DBA), operated by Roger Morais ("we", "us").
What this site is
morais.id is a free directory that links to the websites of the Morais family. It has no accounts, sells nothing and takes no payments.
We may change, pause or close the site, or any part of it, at any time.
Content and ownership
The text, design, logo and code of this site belong to RogerLe.com, unless a note says otherwise.
You are welcome to link to any page, and to quote short passages with a credit and a link back. Please don't copy the site or large parts of it, or present it as your own.
The fonts, Inter and JetBrains Mono, are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and their copyright stays with their authors.
Fair use of the site
Please don't:
- try to get into the site or its servers without permission, or probe them for weaknesses
- overload the site, for example with automated requests that slow it down for others
- use the site for anything unlawful
Search engines and other well-behaved crawlers are welcome, within the rules in our robots.txt.
Links to other sites
The site links to websites run by us and by others, and each one has its own terms. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control, and a link is not an endorsement.
No warranty
We build the site with care, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it, or any site it links to, will always be online, free of errors or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RogerLe.com is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or the sites it links to.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and nothing in these terms takes it away.
